A Helping Hand

The Windaroo Zoo community invests heavily in the preservation of natural habitats, the continued protection of endangered species and raising overall environmental awareness. If you would like to contribute, you can volunteer to participate in a fundraiser, donate to the Windaroo Wildlife Fund or simply read more about this important ecological issue.

Windaroo Zoo Habitat Reserve

Upon visiting the Windaroo Zoo habitats, you may notice how natural the animals appear in their surroundings. This is no mistake. Through the advice of the Windaroo Research Center, each of the Windaroo habitats is meticulously maintained. It is as close to the real thing as a zoo can get. The entirety of Windaroo is a habitat reserve!

Windaroo Natural History Museum

The Natural History Museum, conveniently located adjacent to the Windaroo parking lot, is world-renowned for its enormous catalog of animal information and critically acclaimed exhibits. A visit to the zoo is only the beginning.

Windaroo Habitat Protection and Research Center

On the cutting edge of scientific development, the Research Center is committed to the study of animals within their natural habitats. The Zoo's proximity provides ample opportunity to accomplish this goal humanely and ethically.
